Returns and refunds

Many of Good Niche Co products are made to order. Please check the product description and size guide before ordering.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly selected size. This does not limit any rights that apply under applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Missing orders

If your order has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
